Hey, I’m Chris. Director of Photography, Colorist, and Filmmaker based in the Bay Area.

I shoot commercials, branded content, documentaries and narrative work. My clients include Apple, Google, Salesforce, NFL Films, Ford, Toyota, Mercedes-Benz, Uber, Ticketmaster, Amtrak, and Zillow, alongside a wide range of directors, producers, and agencies. My credits include Emmy-winning productions and Super Bowl campaigns.

I got my start in storytelling long before I picked up a camera. I acted and directed in theater growing up, eventually becoming Marin Theatre Company’s first youth playwright-in-residence. That early grounding in performance and narrative still shapes how I approach every frame.

As a DP, I focus on light, texture, intentional framing and camera movement that serves the story. As a colorist, I bring that same sensibility into the grade, always aiming for looks that feel expressive but never overworked. I also take on the full producer and editor roles when the project calls for it, building the shoot from brief to delivery and carrying that same vision through the cut.
